Wu Yan congratulated the establishment of Cambodian Chinese University of Applied Sciences. He pointed out that this year marks the 65th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Cambodia and the "Year of Sino-Cambodian Friendship", the 10th anniversary of President Xi Jinping's proposal of the "Belt and Road" Initiative, and the 10th anniversary of the concept of building a closer China-ASEAN community of destiny. Ltd, China One Road Group Cambodia, Cambodia Star Hotel Group, etc., and 1 local Cambodian enterprise awarded the university-enterprise co-operation training bases. The relevant enterprises provided the University of Applied Sciences of Cambodia with instruments and equipments valued at 3 million US dollars, as well as financial support for the construction.
